Ruroc has improved the Atlas 3.0 enough to be a serious threat in the motorcycle helmet world. The 4.0 is quiet, more comfortable, and has improved ventilation over the 3.0. The Atlas 4.0 won't appeal to budget-conscious buyers because the only thing really wrong with it is the price tag.
